Most insurance companies cover Varicose Vein treatment if it is “medically necessary”.

Insurance Pre Authorization

Start Early: Due to insurance requirements, from initial consult, it can take as much as three to six months to become “Pain Free. If patients have coverage, all paperwork is done by our office to obtain pre-authorization. Pre-authorization of covered services is needed from insurance companies prior to scheduling the treatment.
